Without a Whisper

Without a Whisper is a quiet moment caught somewhere needed. Abstracted swirls of pink, peach, and lavender float above and blend gently into the light. Below, darker shapes of a distant landscape fading into shadow. The contrast of light and dark creates a calm, still feeling.

Made with oil and cold wax, the painting has layers of translucent color that build a warm, textured glow, which help create an atmosphere both open and close, a brief and peaceful moment when all feels calm.

Though small in size, the painting feels wide and encourages a quiet pause to reflect on light, shadow, and change.

Each painting I create is presented in one of my handmade maple frames, wired and ready for installation. All materials I choose are archival, ensuring long-term preservation and quality.
